Teamwork is very important to us! So this year's trainee day also started with a common challenge. The outdoor game "Operation Mindfall" surprised with exciting tools and tricky puzzles. After the visit to a burger manufacture, the day's final straight was set off at full speed. Hot tyres, tight turns and many fast laps were offered as a team challenge on the go-kart track.

The personal exchange and getting to know each other as a "welcome" for the new trainees in the team takes place repeatedly every year with various activities.
